I am a recent graduate of Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minor in business.

During my time at Cornell, I supplemented school days with experimentation and wage work in Rand Shop, finding joy in the act of making and applying it to design. Starting in my fourth year, I explored in earnest the concepts of design-build architecture and the creative reuse of building material, and subsequently founded a student organization called Building Community based upon these interests. The activities of this organization influenced my thesis work, for which I earned the Sands Memorial Award, as well as the framework of a research project, for which I earned the Eidlitz Travel Fellowship. After completing the national tour of design-build schools and practices for the fellowship, I lept into other roles including designer-builder at Studio Ferrari Architecture, caretaker of the Old Church of Jacksonville, and decision-maker with the Jacksonville Community Association. Advocating and writing about the design-build process and actively taking part in it is an ongoing passion.
